Jan Matthes has been advising companies and entrepreneurs as well as insolvency administrators since 1997. His practice focuses on tax law, in particular insolvency-specific issues. He represents clients before authorities and courts as well as in negotiations. Together with Ulrich Waldheim, he is responsible for the Munich office.
